For breakfast I either have an awesome smoothie with lots of greens and usually some Maca and hemp seeds, Oatmeal with fruit and almond butter,, Tofu scramble with tons of veggies and toast or Buckwheat pancakes and veggie sausage. I alternate those breakfasts, but sometimes I will have oatmeal everyday because that is just what I crave. For lunch, usually a green salad with some kind of protein like chickpeas or a TLT sandwich or Ramen with tons of veggies and cubed tofu. For dinner I do a lot of pasta with red sauce, sometimes Lentil soup and whole grain bread or like soup beans, sweet potato and cooked greens. So yeah! Pretty balanced. Although I hear you about the whole broccoli thing, literally just yesterday I had a huge bowl of broccoli for lunch for no good reason other than it looked good. I think you make a really good point here!!!
