    1. No. it doesn’t. Tell me how it does. Electric foods cannot be destroyed by cooking. Besides this is physics 101 – Energy cannot be created or destroyed but only changed from one form or another. Furthermore, Dr. Sebi talked about this cooking and killing of foods. ELECTRIC ALKALINE FOODS CANNOT BE DESTROYED IN COOKING. If you are going to make comments like this you have to back it up with facts. Go do your research then, come back with some . ……….. Thanks for looking out thouogh.

  1. Thanks for the tips of the cinnamon sticks and cooking the sea moss to gel it instead of blending it. I expect my Irish moss today, can’t wait to try this. Does the cheese cloth work like the nut milk bag?

  2. If I wanted to use sea moss in my smoothies will I prepare it the same way? And how long will sea moss last after you prepare it ?

    1. It’s a great idea to put some seamoss in your smoothies. About 2 tablespoons of the gel – depending on how much liquid you have. Because it will coagulate it you put too much. Thanks for the question.
