This time i bring you guys two of my favourite recipes!

1)Anti-inflammation Keto Drink
-Turmeric
-Black Pepper
-1/2 cup Milk (plant based)
-1 cup coffee
-1.5 Tbsp coconut oil
-2 tsp vegan butter
-1-2 tsp cocoa powder
If you want you can add a little bit of stevia

2)Avocado stuffing
-3-4 veggies of choice
-Garlic/onion sauté with water or oil
-250g tofu
-Tomato sauce 1/2 – 1 cup
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast
-2 medium avocados
-Salt/pepper/coriander
