2 tbsp flax
4 tbsp water
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
These cookies come together so quickly and require no baking at all! Just a refrigerator! You could frost this with some of my chocolate recipe or any frosting you want (or eat it just as it is!).
