ANOTHER FULL WEEK MEAL PREP –

In this vegan meal prep video, I attempt to make a full week worth of meals (5 days) for 20 dollars! Best of all, these are simple and easy recipes and everything took me less than an hour. Vegan food prep does not have to be difficult, expensive or time-consuming! You can make so much food in a short period of time and you can even make a few different varieties of meals.   1. going to multiple stores is not cheap, gas is not worthless and shouldn’t
    be wasted.
    Also you seem to only eat once a day, which is obviously bad for you, if
    that’s the case – that amount of food shouldn’t last anyone a week. oats
    and beans are a good choice though, since it’s hard to get any protein as a
    vegan.

  2. ok i just made the easy af pasta salad (just w/o olives) and it’s amazing!
    i didn’t expect it to be so tasty 😀 mustard really is the key
