How To Have An Epic Fat Loss Transformation:

I copied this general recipe from a guy named Mic The Vegan. He has a great YouTube channel in my opinion. You should check him out.

I consider this pizza heart healthy because of a few reasons:
1. It has 0 cholesterol
2. It has 0 saturated fat
3. It has a lot green leafy vegetables
4. It is oil free

Here is Mic the vegan’s video of the pizza I copied:

  1. What healthy versions of recipes would you all like to see? I can try to convert anything and show you guys. I’m up for the challenge.

my version of healthy is: vegan, low-oil (preferably none), high vitamins & minerals and filling for the amount of calories.

    1. Mac and cheese sounds like a good idea. It’s gonna be tough to make it vegan, easy to make and oil free… but it will be a hell of a lot healthier that way. Thanks!

  2. Looks good but this is more akin to a lasagna or flatbread, you can’t call it a pizza without that stringy mozzarella effect when you pick up a slice <3

    1. teejus101 so please tell me, why is a stringy gooeyness a desirable texture? This is certainly a pizza as it fits the idea of a dough topped with pizza sauce, a fatty cheesy-tasting layer and toppings

    1. Da Prophit it is what it is. I post what I think is useful. Some are hits and some are misses. I also haven’t posted a lot or on a good schedule so i can understand why it dropped off a little

    1. I don’t actually know, but I plugged in all the data in cronometer as accurately as I could.

      ~725 calories – 27 grams of protein – 96 grams of carbohydrates – 25 grams of fat.

very carb heavy for sure. You could add vegan meats or tempeh to the pizza to up the protein if you wanted too.
