Healthy whole grain vegan bread pizza with colorful vegetables
Hello and welcome to my channel. Today I am preparing “Healthy whole grain vegan bread pizza with colorful vegetables”. This is very healthy and very easy to prepare . You don’t need to go and buy pizza crusts which are high in sodium and fat. All you need is some whole grain bread, some veggies and pizza sauce.
Please use 100% whole grain bread, sprouted grain is
even better. Start by spreading some low sodium pizza sauce on the bread.
Use vegetables of your choice. I like a colorful medley of vegetables. Organic veggies are preferred.
Put the pizza bread in the preheated toaster oven or regular oven and bake it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes remove the pizza bread from the oven. Drizzle some olive oil on the pizza bread and Enjoy!!! Very healthy and very easy to prepare.
