Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies (Vegan)

The one where I share how to make healthy vegan peanut butter cookies that are vegan, gluten free, oil free and refined sugar free. So easy and so delicious!

You will need:
2 tbsp flax
4 tbsp water
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour (blended rolled oats)

Roll into balls and press out on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 mins at 350 F 🙂
