Banana-Oatmeal Cookies. Only 2 main ingredients sound perfect for those who are trying to loose weight or watch sugar intake. Unfortunately I’ve heard that lots do not like the taste of this cookies. Today I will change it by adding coconut and almonds to them, and cover with melted chocolate. This way you will like them for sure and that tiny bit of chocolate will give you a lot of satisfaction and will stop you thinking about eating another jar of Nutella or Hershey bar.

For 6 cookies you will need:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 ripe banana banana
2 tbs of sliced almonds
2 tbs of shredded coconut
melted chocolate (optional)

Bake in the oven (350F) for 20 min or until the edges of cookies turn golden-brown
