EASY 1 BOWL VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE COOKIE PIZZA RECIPE

The most delicious and easy 1 bowl cookie pizza cake recipe.

Simple ingredients, no fuss

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten free quick oats
1 cup gluten free self raising flour (I used Woolworths brand)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Rind from 1 orange or lemon

1/4 cup coconut syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
1/2 cup coconut oil (or vegan butter/neutral oil)
2 tbsp plant milk (I used almond)

Mix dry ingredients until combined, then add the wet ingredients. Bake for approximately 15 minutes. I use a fan forced oven and set it to med-high.

Decorate with your favourite toppings. I used choc-orange almond butter, vegan sprinkles and gluten free cereal!
