CHOCOLATE&PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM CAKES! vegan recipe | TORTE GELATO CIOCCOLATO&BURRO DI ARACHIDI

Hey Friends! Today I’m sharing with you a very special recipe! These are mini ice cream cakes: super easy and delicious! We’re going to use just a couple of ingredients, it’s healthy as well, so… I know, ice cream cake and healthy in the same recipe?! I’m not crazy, let’s take a look at the recipe and you’ll see 🙂

4 RIPE BANANAS, SLICED AND FROZEN
4 TBSP COCOA POWDER
3 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER

THAT IS IT!!! If you don’t have a silicone mold, you can use a muffin pan, it’ll work!! Freeze the mini cakes for 4 hours (just to be safe) and let them at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving!!!

Ciao a tutti, oggi faremo delle mini torte gelato. Useremo solo un paio di ingredienti e, indovinate?? Sono anche sane! Lo so, torte gelato e sane nella stessa frase?? Suona strano, ma diamo un’occhiata alla ricetta:

4 banane mature, tagliate a fette e congelate
4 cucchiai di cacao amaro
3 cucchiai di burro di arachidi

Io ho usato uno stampo di silicone, se non lo avete, potete usare uno stampo per muffin con i pirottini! Lasciate in congelatore per almeno 4 ore e prima di consumarle, tenetele a temperatura ambiente per una decina di minuti!
