Healthy Vegan cookie dough bites covered in a layer of chocolate and made from just three ingredients. This healthy treat can be made in 10 minutes and is one of my new favourites as it’s great but not super morish so one or two is enough.
Can be made gluten free if you use gluten free oats. I suggest making these with a very dark chocolate. Let me know what you think of this recipe. Thanks!
